Irrigation pumps manufacturer, Karcher, has opened a regional office in Nairobi with the aim of ensuring adequate stock for its 10 target groups within the region.
With its focus on customer satisfaction, the Center will also offer after sale services and spare parts for its equipment.
The announcement was made during the opening ceremony held at Upper Hill, Nairobi.
Karcher, is a global brand known for its high-pressure cleaners, parts cleaning systems, wash water treatment, floor care equipment, military decontamination equipment and window vacuum cleaners.
The firm has picked Equipment & Logistics Company limited to distribute its products in the target markets.

“This is great move by Karcher as a brand, since its products are widely used in these markets. The Center will also act as a training ground with well-trained technicians,” said joint Managing Director of Equipment and Logistics Company limited, Mr. Shaffique Abdalla, adding that the opening of Karcher Center will also boost the brand’s presence in the region.
The new office will serve the entire East African region which includes: Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and the extended EAC bloc.
With high pressure cleaner and ultra-high pressure cleaners, vacuum and steam cleaners, pumps for the home and garden, sweepers and scrubber-driers, car washes, cleaning products, dry ice shot-blast machines, drinking and waste water treatment plants, water dispensers and electronic data transmission based fleet management; Kärcher offers innovative solutions to problems.
